Privacy Policy

This page describes the data flows visible in the current Heavenly Crossword implementation. It should be reviewed whenever hosting, analytics, advertising, accounts, or form providers change.

Browser Storage

Puzzle progress, completion state, display theme, and selected interface preferences can be stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes those local records. The audited public puzzle, solver, and print routes do not require an account.

Contact Form

If you submit the contact form, the name, email address, and message you enter are sent to FormSubmit so the message can be delivered by email. Do not send passwords, payment details, private puzzle answers, or other sensitive information through that form.

Analytics and Advertising

Third-party analytics is disabled in the current build unless a measurement ID, a consent provider, and an explicit browser consent record are all present. The current code does not load an advertising network. If either practice changes, this policy and the consent interface must be updated before those scripts are enabled.

Hosting Logs

The hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and error details to deliver and protect the site. Retention and international transfer details depend on the active hosting provider configuration.

Requests and Questions

Privacy rights and response deadlines vary by location. Use the contact page to ask what information is held or to request deletion of a contact submission. No fixed response time is promised on this site.
