Report reproducible errors; do not assume that a solver candidate is guaranteed for every grid.

What to Include

• The exact page URL and puzzle or clue title.
• The clue wording, proposed answer, and expected letter count.
• The crossing pattern or source that shows why the current record may be wrong.
• Browser and device details for an interaction or accessibility defect.

How a Report Is Handled

Reports submitted through the contact form can be reviewed against the current puzzle fixture, clue record, letter-count checks, and any source supplied by the reporter. The site does not promise that every report will receive a reply or a fixed review time.

When a material correction is accepted, the affected record, its review or modified date, and relevant automated tests should be updated together. The application does not yet publish a complete per-page correction ledger, so it must not claim that one exists.

Scope

A missing candidate is not necessarily an error, and a valid synonym is not necessarily the intended answer in another publication. Grammar, clue conventions, theme rules, and confirmed crossings remain part of the verification process. See How We Verify Clues and Sources.
